Good, but can be better

Good location to get to a lot of places. Room is spacious and overall comfortable enough for a group of friends. We made it work.

We booked two units, but they were not equipped with the same necessities. One room had a microwave but the other room was missing one. There was also a smokey odour in the second suite when first entered. Our kitchen facilities were not completely clean and had some stains and dirt from previous stays. Some stuff were a little broken as well, like the steam iron I just think that there should be an in depth room service much more often with fixes. That way, the stay would've been a lot better for us and future occupants to stay.

- You have to walk around the place, there are no shortcuts. - you cant keep your luggage if you reach before checkout.

Apartment is big, room is clean.

Couldnt get wifi connection when we are in the room. And the rubbish bin in the toilet was not emptied when we check in.

No hotel, great pool, spacious room.

Pool was amazing, location good for Petronas, bit far from everything else. Clean and spacious room.

It's not actually a hotel, it's more your own apartment. Not bad, just need to know this before you book. There is nothing to eat in the building so you need to walk to the mall for food.

Wonderful apartment. With some minor touch ups, this would be pretty close to a perfect 10.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very new and modern. Like an apartment I would want to live in. Loved the layout! Modern design and furnishings.

The apartment hadn't yet been stocked with some of the very basics - hand soap for the bathrooms for one. Would have been nice to include some cheap coffee for the mornings. Great couch but not a single pillow on it - minor but would have made it feel more like a home. Super simple access cards to enter the building and the apartment, but the deadbolt on the door didn't work. The door locked, but I mean... have the deadbolt working. I'm visiting a foreign city that I'm not familiar with, when I go to sleep that tiny bit of extra piece of mind that the door is locked locked is nice to have.

comfortable, convenient

so comfortable and efficient place. beds and pillows are perfect.

second bathroom could be a little bit more clean. there was a bad touilet smell slightly but I felt from living room and it wasn’t that pleasant when you are in it. internet connection is so weak in the bedrooms.

Good enough for me.

The location is great if you have your own transport, its a bit of a distance to walk to the main road, but acceptable for me. The facilities in the house itself are superb! It is as complete and exactly as shown in the given pictures.

There's a smelly odour coming from the second toilet, perhaps it is rarely used or there's a clog down there. The staff immediately send over their cleaner, although the smell still came up the next day. They did provide lots of room spray for fresheners, hence I used it a lot.

Nice place to stay. 6-7min walking time to KLCC convention center. 10-15min to KLCC

location and parking very easy.

The kitchen can prepare some clean dishcloths. The toilet occasionally has a sewage odor. But overall, it is acceptable.

worth staying

It was located in a good area near Pavillion mall and near the KLCC. The communication with the people running the place is good and easy to deal with. Room is very nice and comfortable. great view from the windows!

Similar to other reviews, the toilet near the entrance door had a strange smell but nothing too bothersome. I only used the toilet in the master bedroom so there was no issue. construction in the area can be heard but isn’t too bad.

Stayed in a top hotel down the road for not that much more money.

Room amazing.

At night pool was open but no lights on. I had imagined being able to have a cocktail, by the pool at night with the city view. Couldn't use the pool at night as was too dark, and no lights on, and no bar open. The place was very empty, and there was noisy building works, scaffolding, etc, from more sky scrapers being built, spoilt the view and the peace. Looked clean but already run down.

is a condonwith maid quarter so essentially is almost a 2 bed apartment and 2 bath

3 air within the condo and only 1 blow half way cold air, the others just a fan. also there is a foul sewer smells if the air con not on … figure that one out!

Great budget stay, if you don't mind some minor inconveniences.

The apartment was quite big, especially for three people as it came with living room, 2 rooms, 2 toilets. There was quite a few facilities available for usage (swimming pool and gym). Could see a bit of the KLCC tower from the location.

It'd be better if there was a microwave for use! The location is near the central area, but it is on top of an isolated hill which made it slightly difficult to access on foot (tough walk) and the grab drivers have a difficult time finding the place. For a short period of time there was also a smell coming from the ironing closet, but we have no idea what caused that. Lastly, it was relatively clean but could be better. The windows were pretty cloudy and scratched up which was unfortunate since the view was nice, and the sofa had quite a few stains on them.
